An illustrated family portrait is the perfect way to capture all of the uniqueness your family holds. This is a truly bespoke artwork which is designed by Erin using images and descriptions of your precious family. The best part about it is that there is no stress trying to get everyone to smile and pose, or look at the camera at the same time. Erin creates the perfect composition so that everyone in the portrait looks their best.

It is preferable that you have previously secured a waiting list place before purchase, or discussed the current lead time with Erin, before completing your order.

The FULL prices for A4 portrait illustrations for JANUARY - DECEMBER 2020 are as follows:

[A4 size] 2 Family Members: $250
+ $40 per additional family member, including pets.

For example:
2 x parents ($250.00) + 1 child ($40) + 1 pet ($40) = $330.00

[A3 size] $350.00 (inc. 2 x family members) +$40 per additional family member.

This price includes a simple style background as pictured. Highly detailed backgrounds will incur additional costs.

TURNAROUND:

The turnaround time for completion is currently 4 weeks minimum. Once you have made your purchase the next available position will be reserved for you. Please note, it is your responsibility to gather and send your photographs and information before this timeframe can commence.

Included in this listing is Registered Post costs, for all parcels shipped within Australia.

Once your order is placed you can begin to collect some important information and photographs for me to create your portrait sketch. You can find my 'illustration guide' under the subheadings below, which will assist you with gathering up all of the info I will need.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS:
Requests for refunds or returns will be assessed on an individual basis. Refunds will not be given for change of mind. Refunds will be considered for a faulty product, a breach in a guarantee made about the product, if the product was significantly different to the description provided, or if it was unsafe.
