Additional Preliminary Sketch

Once you have purchased your Custom Portrait Illustration, Erin will work to create 1 preliminary sketch of your family using the photographs and information you have sent through as a reference. This sketch will be sent back to you via email, for your approval before the final Watercolour Illustration is commenced. At this point in time you are welcome to make suggestions for minor adjustments to be included in the final artwork.

If, however, you require more than 1 preliminary sketch, or your suggestions for adjustments include major composition changes (different to what was originally requested) there is an additional fee of $20 - per additional sketch.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS:
Requests for refunds or returns will be assessed on an individual basis. Refunds will not be given for change of mind. Refunds will be considered for a faulty product, a breach in a guarantee made about the product, if the product was significantly different to the description provided, or if it was unsafe.
